Great Shelford Parochial Charities have provided a grant to support 12 young people on a 5-day residential visit to the Lake District.

Led by qualified youth workers from SSYI (the Shelford and Stapleford Youth Initiative) and Romsey Mill, the kids were provided with opportunities to explore risk, reward and responsibility in a natural environment away from the distractions of modern amenities.

The trip was a big success. The Great Shelford Parochial Charities was pleased to help fund this very worthwhile endeavour.
