We are looking for a part-time, self-employed person to undertake administrative and/or bookkeeping support.
The commitment would be one day per week on average though this might increase in the longer term. Rate to be agreed.
You will work with the clerk to support the directors in the areas of:
- Governance
- Statutory registers
- Companies House filings
- Registered office duties
- Monthly meetings
- Communications with stakeholders and contractors
- Bookkeeping
Applicants should have strong communication abilities plus office management and IT (email, word processing, basic spreadsheet, electronic filing, etc) skills. We would be particularly interested in candidates with experience in any of the following areas:
- Bookkeeping
- Credit control
- Insurance
- Project management
Experience of, or interest in, social housing or the almshouse movement would be beneficial.
