Do your children cycle to Sawston Village College? Members of the volunteer Dr Bike scheme will be operating a special Back to School Day on Sunday, 3 September from 10am to 4pm, checking that your child’s bike is fit for the school run.

Operating from the Old Slaughterhouse, next to the Three Horseshoes in Church Street, Stapleford, they will do a 23 point check on your kid’s bike and, for a small donation, carry out minor repairs too.

Please note that for safeguarding reasons, children must be accompanied by a responsible grown-up.

And don’t forget that Dr Bike runs a regular bike check / repair session at the Old Slaughterhouse every Tuesday from 3pm to 6pm.
